It's amazing using Timms Solicitors for our mortgage application process. Though the journey was a bit long however it's understandable as Lauren was kin about having to get the needful done despite some non responsiveness on the side of the seller. Her unflinching support and customers understanding really helped in the whole process. Thanks to Morgan as well for setting the stage and for her assistance all the way. Now we 've got the keys and happy with the whole process. Thank you guys - willing to work with you again .

We were very pleased with Timms Sollicitors over the period of our house sale and would recommend them as a very competent business. Also, thanks to Julie Stewart, Lisa Newbold and Alex Duffin for their professional manner and empathy during this period.

Timms is the Solicitors with a human face! I have nothing but praise for them.
I have had occasion to use them for a number of reasons in the past two years and every member of staff I have dealt with has been professional, polite, pleasant and easy to deal with. Recently Sam Reeves has handled my property sale, which was fraught with hiccups along the way, but she handled it with top level professionalism and cheerfulness.
And the cost of their services is very competitive, which is always a plus! So all in all, I can highly recommend them.

The team at Timms of Burton have been excellent in every way. From the initial contact and prompt quotation for the service required, through out the whole process Rachel and Emma answered every question either verbally or by email at the earliest opportunity negating the need to chase up on a previous communication. I would use this firm again and have no problem recommending their services.
